Dr Lisa Everitt began teaching high school mathematics in 1993 in Canada’s Northwest Territories and in Alberta. Since 2006, she has been an Executive Staff Officer with the Alberta Teachers’ Association, specialising in labour relations, educational research, and women in leadership, compassionate leadership for teachers and leaders.
